Accreditation
The office of the Chief Executive Officer is the primary point
of contact for any queries on the accreditation of health
practitioners.
Application for accreditation
Applications for accreditation are considered by the
Chairperson of the Credentialing Committee and the Chief Executive
Officer, who may grant interim approval until the next meeting of
the hospital’s Credentialing Committee. The applicant will be
notified of interim approval and sent a copy of the hospital
By-Laws, or if their application is unsuccessful they may be
advised to resubmit.
Once the application is formally approved by the Credentialing
Committee, the applicant is notified of the terms and
conditions.
