Paul Dyer
Chief Executive Officer
Paul Dyer has more than 20 years acute
hospital experience, including a senior nursing executive role
at St John of God Bendigo Hospital and more recently as
Director of Nursing at St John of God Burwood
Hospital. Paul joined St John of God Health Care 12 years ago
and holds qualifications of Bacherlor of Nursing, Graduate
Certificate in Management and Graduate Certificate in Leadership
and Catholic Cultures.
Kacey Johnson
Director of
Nursing
Kacey Johnson graduated from Ballarat University in 2003 and has
worked in Barwon Health (Geelong, Victoria), Kalgoorlie,
Ravensthorpe and at Geraldton Regional Hospital.
In 2007, Kacey commenced as a Registered Nurse at St John of God
Hospital Geraldton, later overseeing the St John of God Hospital
Geraldton Pro-Active Service (Occupational & Community
Rehabilitation Service) and was also responsible for occupational
health and safety, quality and clinical risk management and support
services before commencing the role of Director of Nursing.
Alison Dawson
Director of
Mission
Alison Dawson has had a long association with the Sisters of St
John of God and St John of God Hospital Geraldton. Since 1973,
she has held several managerial positions at the hospital and
was appointed Director of Mission in 2002. In this role, Alison is
the principal resource person for caregivers in leading their
understanding and participation in the healing mission of Jesus,
through the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
