Welcoming graduate nurses
Graduate Nurse Program
The program has been designed to enable recent graduates to
master their new role by consolidating theory and practice in a
supportive environment to foster professional and personal
growth.
Entry Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Division 1 who holds a current practicing
certificate with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia,
and has less than one year clinical post graduate experience
- Interview
- Meets the selection criteria for Grade 1 Registered Nurse
- Application for Graduate Nurse Program
A mid-year forum is held at each university to advise potential
graduate nurses of the Graduate Nurse Program at St John of
God Hospital for the following year.
PLEASE NOTE applications for the 2011 program have now
closed.
