Mindfulness stress reduction program
10 week program, 9:00 - 3:15pm - this is a closed
group
This program is designed to treat a range of
stress-related disorders including anxiety, depression, traumatic
stress, chronic pain, and burnout.
A combination of cognitive-behavioural and
mindfulness-based skills is used to teach clients how to respond to
stress cues in more adaptive ways, and reduce the impact of stress
on physiological and psychological functioning.
Offered to clients who have completed the
Anxiety and Depression Program first.
