Accounts
Accounts Officers are available Monday-Friday during office
hours from 8am-5pm and are able to assist with all patient account
enqueries. The Accounts Department can be contacted
on 9722 1612.
Patients with private health insurance will be asked to complete
a hospitalisation certificate on admission to enable the account to
be directly forwarded to their health fund. Patients are asked
to pay their excess, if applicable, direct to the Admissions
Officer on day of admission. Confirmation of arrangements will
be made with the patient before their admission.
All uninsured accounts must be settled before
admission. For convenience credit card, cash, cheque and
EFTPOS facilities are available.
Financial consent will be given and we recommend that you
confirm your health cover with your health fund.
