Social Work
We have qualified social workers who work to
the Australian Association of Social Workers' Code of
Ethics. Our service is available during normal business hours
and care is planned and delivered in consultation with a range of
medical and multidisciplinary team members.
Social Workers can assist patients, carers and
families with these and many other areas:
- Counselling and support
- Liaison, advocacy and referral
- Case conferences and mediation
- Financial and legal concerns
- Planning for discharge home
- Residential Care planning
- Adjustment, grief and loss
- Mental health issues
- Addictions
