Competitive salary
Most staff members are covered by Enterprise Bargaining
Agreements (EBAs). Our EBAs are family friendly and offer
flexibility with salary rates competitive with other health care
providers.
Salary packaging
Salary packaging is offered to staff members in accordance with
St John of God Health Care's Salary Packaging Policy and
Procedure.
