Nursing
St John of God Hospital Bunbury provides an
opportunity for caregivers to be part of a highly motivated team
committed to ensuring the delivery of the best possible care
for our patients.
Nursing at our hospital allows Registered and Enrolled nurses to
be part of a professional regional nursing team, which contributes
to the health care of our community. We offer a diverse regional
nursing experience which offers many professional and personal
development opportunities.
Bunbury provides a nurturing and
supportive learning environment where you can further develop
your knowledge and skills as a nurse or midwife.
Graduate Nurse Program
This program offers both Registered and
Enrolled Nurses a supported transition into the workplace. Each
graduate is offered preceptorship, access to designated study days,
and a variety of experiences across the hospital. As part of this
process, graduates consolidate their skills and through facilitated
support sessions, have the opportunity to reflect on their nursing
practice and develop both professionally and personally.
