Reaching out to communities
Local and international support
We support local programs including the Shoestring Café and the
Red Cross Soup Kitchen.
We also donate a large range of hospital equipment,
computers, medical supplies and pharmaceuticals to health
professionals and community groups caring for people experiencing
disadvantage.
An example is Bunbury's theatre staff - represented by Theatre
Manager Alison Hawkes, pictured below left - who gathered
second-hand medical equipment to donate to the John Fawcett
Foundation, a humanitarian organisation devoted to the health of
disadvantaged people within Indonesia.
Community leave for caregivers
We provide special paid leave arrangements to
support our caregivers who are working with people
experiencing disadvantage in their local community or further
afield, including overseas.
