Caregiver greeting patient at reception and handing them admissions information

We recognise that seeing a familiar face can make a big difference to your recovery.

Children are welcome to visit. We have a playground outside the cafe on the ground floor. We ask that your children remain under adult supervision at all times throughout the hospital building and grounds.

Some patients may have restrictions on visiting hours and the number of visitors they can see. This is for their health and wellbeing, please speak to the nursing caregivers if you have any queries.

Boarders

Arrangements can be made for a support person, such as a parent, relative or a friend to stay overnight with a patient.

Boarders may only stay overnight if a patient is in a single room, and this is at the discretion of the hospital.

A fee is charged for those who board overnight and this fee may not be covered by all health funds. Find out more.
