By-laws
St John of God Healthcare has a set of established By-laws
for medical practitioners.
These By-Laws set out to:
- Establish the principles applying to the accreditation of
practitioners to St John of God Health Care
- Govern the relationship of St John of God Health
Care with its accredited practitioners
- Provide rules for the conduct of accredited practitioners
at St John of God Health Care
- Provide for the establishment of structures within St John of
God Health Care which are necessary for the delivery of
quality care to its patients
- Outline St John of God Health Care's requirements of accredited
practitioners in relation to the safety and the quality of care of
its patients
The Hospital Management Committee and the Medical Advisory
Committee have a responsibility to oversee and monitor the diligent
application of these By-Laws.
