Inpatient accounts
You will receive information regarding the expected costs
relating to your admission prior to your admission date where
possible.

of your account please call the Patient Hotline:

hours
Patients who have an excess to pay on their
health insurance will be required to pay this on admission.
Self-funded patients will be required to
pay the full amount five (5) working days prior to their
admission.
All outstanding amounts are required to be
paid at the time of discharge.
The hospital accepts the following methods
of payment:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Credit Card (MasterCard and Visa only)
- EFTPOS
- Coming soon: BPay and IVR (credit card phone service)
Outpatients accounts and/or fees
Outpatient and
physio fees are paid directly to the department.
