In order to admit, treat and/or operate on patients at St John of God Hospital Bendigo all medical, dental and allied health practitioners must have their credentials reviewed and a specific scope of practice defined by the Hospital. Practitioners interested in applying for such an appointment are encouraged to contact the Hospital for further information.

Only accredited medical practitioners and dentists may admit to the hospital.

Booking theatres

To book a surgical sessional allocation, please fax details to Bookings on 5434 3358.

For all urgent theatre bookings and admissions, please ring the theatre manager on 5434 3481 and/or Bookings on 5434 3205.

For other medical/surgical patient admissions, at all times, please telephone the Hospital Coordinator on         5434 3205.
