Nurse Graduate Program
Aims of the program
- Facilitate a supportive entry to the profession of nursing and
facilitate the graduate’s transition from student nurse to
competent registered nurse
- Assist the graduate nurse in achieving a standard of excellence
in the delivery of nursing care in accordance with Australian
Nursing and Midwifery Competency Standards and the Values of St
John of God Health Care
