established in 1915 and is the largest not-for-profit hospital in
regional Victoria. It has 196 beds and provides an
extensive range of health care providing city services to residents
living in Ballarat and Western Victoria.

The winner of the 17th biennial Mandorla Art Award, Paul Kaptein, was presented with the $25,000 St John of God Health Care prize at the opening of the exhibition on Friday 18 July for his stunning artwork, Untitled.
Together St John of God Health Care celebrated NAIDOC Week and the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. St John of God Subiaco Enrolled Nurse Marra shared her story as part of our NAIDOC Week celebrations.
From November 2015, the people of Midland and surrounding communities will have access to care closer to home with the opening of cancer services, including a Day Chemotherapy Unit, at St John of God Midland Public Hospital.
