Post Acute Care
As a major provider of hospital services, St John of God Health
Choices has integrated post acute care programs, servicing
hospitals in Western Australia and Victoria, funded by private
insurance and via contracts with public hospital
providers.
Health Choices has a contract with a major regional hospital in
Victoria and with other private hospitals in Western Australia to
provide post acute nursing services.
