Dr Khatib graduated from the University of NSW with a Bachelor of Science Medicine, and Bachelor of Medicine / Surgery in 2003. He continued his education gaining a Masters in Sports Medicine in 2008. After extensive training, he was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2011.
