Inclusiveness and respect for all
Our Vision – “that we live and proclaim
the healing touch of God’s love, where we invite people to discover
the richness and fullness of their lives, give them a reason to
hope and a greater sense of their own dignity” - provides
the underlying motivation for the development of our Disability Access and
Our Values - Hospitality, Compassion, Respect,
Justice and Excellence - guide the way we interact with each other
and those who we serve in the community.
They point to the need for inclusive and
respectful physical and psychological environments, equitable
access to our facilities and services and just approaches to
employment, so that the best person for the job is chosen.
